A 40-year-old woman alleged on Tuesday that Nivin Pauly had sexually abused her during a rape that allegedly took place in a group in Dubai a year prior. In compliance with Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, the Onnukal police station in the Keralan district of Ernakulam filed a First Information Report (FIR) in response to her complaint.

In the gang rape case, six people are charged; Nivin Pauly is identified as the sixth accused, and a woman is named as the main offender. The authorities have not yet shared any details about the incident.
